As stated on HTDC's DCIL section:
"BitStop was created to give users an easy way to buy digital currency. Its ATMs are user friendly and will guide you step by step. Buying and participating in digital currency is empowering and should be made easily accessible to all. BitStop pledges to pursue this goal and build the best technology they can to help you buy, store, and save digital currency."
Conclusion: We're not sure why this is on the list unless to say some day we will have Bitcoin ATM's. At the time of writing this, there are zero locations on any of the Hawaiian islands. Though it sound like a good idea.
